Estate Agents Struggling!
The estate agent business is struggling to sell one property a week. The housing slump is getting worse by the day and in all fair ness it has not been this bad for around 30 years.
The number of properties sold dropped to its lowest level since records began in 1978. This time last year estate agents were selling on average around 6 houses a week.
As companies such as HBOS had been struggling before a buying from Llyods it is set to get much worse. With alot of the lenders having to look for emergency borrowing funds.
