With the popularity of keeping fit, many different views, methods, programs and dieting strategies have been formulated by many professionals.

Here belong high fat diets and high carb diets. But now comes the dillema, which one of these works and should you follow that one or no?

Low fat high carbs, high carbs low fat; the question is not which diet program will work out but which is it that will work for you. Aiming for a healthy and attractive body doesn’t mean you will have to eat the same food forever or that you have to burden yourself with exercises.
