Call The Emergency Services! His Head is Stuck in His Butt
Well I dont know what this guy was trying to do and I dont even want to think about it. But he is definatley going to have to call the emergency services if he can find a way to type in the phone number.
Whether this image is fake or real its a devastating experience to happen to anyone and I hope he can get out of this smelly situation!
